All orders are made to order. When we receive your order we aim to have it dispatched within 5-7 business days. We are often quicker than this but during peak times this could be slightly longer however we will inform you of this delay. If you require something more urgently please contact us first and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Most parcels are sent using Royal Mail and items take approximately 2-3 days too arrive. Should your items not arrive after 5 days since dispatch then please contact us on our contact us page.
