Delivery, returns & refunds

When we receive your order we aim to have it dispatched within 5-7 business days. During peak times this could be slightly longer however we will inform you of this delay. If you require something more urgently please contact us first and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. 

Most parcels are sent using Royal Mail and items take approximately 2-3 days too arrive. Should your items not arrive after 5 days since dispatch then please contact us on our contact us page.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order then please contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing jeydaeladesigns@gmail.com. We do not accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty. We are not responsibly should you give us wrong spellings on your order.
